Located above one part of a massive building that makes up a mini industrial estate at the York Road end of Lupton Avenue, Phoenix has been in operation since the summer of 2004. The parlour occupies the first floor over Chrystal Spiritualists which in turn occupies the right hand end furthest from the York Rd. of Apollo House, which is also the home of Mike's Carpets and Wyndsor Shoes. The parlour already has a good reputation and is intent on continuing in the same vein. Any ladies thinking of working here should be familiar with the work expected of them at establishments such as this, should be pretty and have a friendly outgoing personality, though they must also be prepared to listen to their clientele when appropriate.
